When we experienced true craft chocolate for the first time, we realized how different it was from the mass-produced chocolate most of us had grown up with. The aromas were richer, the flavours more complex, and every bar told the story of the cacao it came from.

That moment sparked an obsession: to discover the world's most exciting cacao and share remarkable chocolate with everyone.

Our journey began in Vietnam, where we work directly with cacao farmers who care deeply about their land and their harvest. We search for exceptional cacao with unique flavours, transforming every bean into chocolate entirely in-house—from fermentation and drying to roasting, grinding, conching, tempering, and packaging.

By overseeing every step, we can bring out the true character of each cacao and continually push ourselves to make better chocolate.

But great chocolate begins long before it reaches our factory.

We believe the best chocolate can only come from ethical cacao. That's why we buy directly from our farmers, paying them fairly in cash and building relationships based on trust. We know them by name, not by contract. By removing unnecessary middlemen, more value stays with the people who grow the cacao, creating a better future for farming communities and better chocolate for everyone.
